Just because you’re old,
Don’t expect your newborn to run—
Wisdom takes time,
And life unfolds under its own sun.

Just because you’ve got wealth,
Don’t think you can buy every heart—
Some things like trust and truth
Aren’t sold in any mart.

Just because you followed Vasthu,
Don’t assume your soil will thrive—
It takes sweat and care
To make a barren field come alive.

Just because people respect you,
It may not be for your might—
It could be their culture and kindness,
So respect others, do what’s right.

Humans aren’t saints or sinners alone,
We’re a mix of good and bad—
What shows up depends on the wind,
The hour, the hunger, the fight you had.

You are only as good
As the calm in your storm,
And how you treat a person
Who doesn’t fit your norm!
